My 2nd EEO Complaint Form Failed!

EAP=Employee Assistance Program: I did tried my best to have another EAP Counselor who can handle the Family, Stress, Emotional and Keep Problem Confidential. But my 2nd EEO Complaint Form failed..

Favorism? Criticism? Lonely?

Greetings Everyone!

Comes to my concern mind: if you any Deaf church members, you should go check that bar owner and ask him/her where the money go to?

If if if any of you Deaf church members, pls do think about go to "public" quarterly board church member meetings and make sure to request your own church to set up the media library. They the board of members should respect by setting up the internet computers in thy church media library. Why???? Some Deaf people who cannot afford to buy their own computer at their homes because some Deaf people do not have job. Please do think about it?

Cold here now! (5 degrees now but will go up to 34 degrees later today) I gotta go ready warm myself before zoom to work today. Please do STAY WARM yourself and hope you all, Vloggers will have a very NICE DAY!

Parents Shock Baby No Hear?

Greetings!

Hope that DeafRead.com will consider to add or put "For Parents" icon or something better idea for the Parents' Must Read? It's important for Parents who shock their baby no hear because they don't know what to do with raising their own Deaf child.

See I am using Sim Com???? That's why we parents need to learn more ASL skills to communicate with our Deaf children so we cannot leave our Deaf Child Behind!

I like to watch "No ASL Left Behind" with NALB's First Chapter from Deaf Progressivism's vlog! Welcome to the Vlog World, Deaf Progressivism!

Vloggers (beginners and more experiences) pls try to follow up on Carl's instructions "ASL Vlogging for Beginners". Wow good advise from him! Maybe now my brain is dead but will come back later when I am not too busy. Or maybe I got FED UP from using my web cam all the times already.

Or maybe I am fed up with my frustration of cleaning up my files and need to delete some of my video documents (I think but I m no good at computer technology skills). Plus, I m fed up with my no good skills at recording video cd from my hard drive.

My perspective on Enough is Enough! I have to respect the Deaf children who need ASL as their own first language needs in their own early education life while some of us did beared (suffer) struggling to understand English language without ASL education access.

It's so UNFAIR that we missed alot of ASL in our early education life while the English educators oppressed against ASL for so MANY YEARS! To let you know that I had enough pain life from some deaf and hearing people who still do made fun of my no good English grammars for so many years! Enough is Enough!

It's so UNFAIR for some of us (NOT ALL) Deaf children and adults who still have been suffered and confusing with our currently Sim Com languages! We need NOW FOCUS to take ASL as our first True Primary Language education back on this Earth or Eyeth!!!!

Do Not Allow Captioning Rape My Body!

Greetings Everyone!

I understand some of you who do not want me to give up my vlog. I cannot do the captioning work myself.

So I hope you will understand how much I had been trying so hard work to make the google video link captioning for 4 days but it won't work at all for me. I was burnt out from my being frustration to work on the captioning or subtitling. So I prefer to have captioning to be automatically turn off and turn on in regards to respect the viewers' choices. This vlog is supporting ASL as long as we live! ASL had been lost in education for so many years! Knowing that we had missed ASL education for so long many years! Now it's time for ASL to be free! ASL is the most noblest God's gift for all of us on the earth! Don't be ashame yourself if someone criticized you that you have poorly English grammars. Just be proud of your own language. Ignore those people who criticized or insulted you if you didn't have excel English. Just be yourself for who you are! You cannot help it since you have grown up from a deaf oral school or mainstream school! You did hard struggling with your poorly speech disorders for so many wasted years.
